Finally, it’s here! A completely new interface for our 360º assessments and we are positive that you are going to love what you see. This is one that has been on our to-do list for quite a while, and we are excited to announce that we have made some significant improvements!

Let’s take a step back though. Maybe first we should make sure we’re on the same page. Was your first thought, “What is a 360º assessment?” or “Why would I need a 360º assessment?” Typically with ANY self-assessment, whether it’s DISC, Emotional Intelligence, or one of the other hundreds of assessments on the market, YOU are answering the questions from YOUR point of view. Give that some thought and it’s very easy to see where “some” bias could come into play. Even the most objective among us will have a blind spot here and there. A 360º assessment solves that problem by asking observers to complete the same questionnaire as the subject and to provide THEIR perspective of the subject’s actions and behaviors. Observers might be friends, co-workers, or family, you name it. If you want an objective assessment of yourself, a 360º assessment is a great starting point.
Now back to the original point, our new 360º assessment interface. How good is it really? Well, after our VP of Client Success got her first look at it, she refused to give tours using the old interface…fortunately our software team was ready to launch the new one at that point!
