DISC® is a personal assessment tool used by over 1 million people yearly to improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace. Organizations and facilitators use these profiles to ignite cultural change, inspiring lasting behavior shifts that shape their workforce. The DISC 360° Assessment builds on this by incorporating feedback from multiple sources, offering a well-rounded view of an individual's strengths and areas for growth. This feedback helps participants understand their DISC style, how their behavior affects others, and identify specific actions for improvement, elevating leadership effectiveness and promoting continuous growth and teamwork.
The DISC 360º allows individuals to enhance the traditional DISC self-assessment by using the same questionnaire with observers providing their perspective of your behavior and emotions. You can compare and contrast what you think you are doing and what they experience to determine what may support or hinder your effectiveness.

With a 360 assessment, we can gain information about how others see us. The DISC 360° assessment takes an individual's personal assessment data and their rater’s assessment to enhance the traditional DISC self-assessment. It combines it all into a unique personal developmental tool that uses the language and people theory of DISC.
DISC 360° shows how a user rated themselves on the DISC Assessment and how others rated them on the same assessment. The report then details how aligned a user is with their raters in 12 behavioral tendencies:

What is the benefit of a 360° versus a self-assessment?
A self-assessment offers only your perspective. The DISC 360° provides a broader view by
showcasing how others perceive your actions. Embracing feedback allows you to understand how
well you’re adapting your style (or where you need improvement).
DISC 360° gives general information about others’ perceptions of me, but
I’d like to know specifics about why they think that. How can I learn more?
Ask! The DISC 360° aims to provide a comprehensive view of how others perceive us. Use the
report as a starting point to ask clarifying questions and facilitate discussion. Ensure a safe
environment for sharing feedback. Approach the conversation with genuine curiosity and a sincere
desire to understand others' experiences.
Is the feedback provided in the DISC 360° anonymous? How many observer
responses are needed?
The feedback in the report is anonymous. At least three observer responses are required to
ensure anonymity before generating the 360° report. You can invite unlimited observers to
participate, and the cost remains the same whether you have three or 300 responses. We recommend
inviting as many observers as possible for the most comprehensive snapshot.

How often should I conduct a DISC 360° Assessment for optimal
results?
Conducting a DISC 360° Assessment annually is generally recommended for optimal results. This
timeframe allows enough of an interval for individuals to make meaningful changes and
improvements based on the previous assessment's feedback. It also ensures that any progress or
shifts in behavior are accurately captured, providing a clear trajectory of development over
time. However, depending on the organization's specific needs and the individual's role, more
frequent assessments may be beneficial to track rapid changes or respond to dynamic
environments.
