CEO Update, Brandon Parker 1st Quarter 2021

Posted 3 years ago

The 1st Quarter 2021 update from CEO Brandon Parker is here. The summary is below, but you'll want to watch the video for all the details!
The energy coming from both our team and clients has Brandon feeling really optimistic about the year ahead. Internally, this has a lot to do with some significant decisions we made at the end of 2020 that we've started implementing during this first quarter of 2021.

He looked very hard at our business to determine where we were spread too thin and where we needed to focus. He realized that, as a company, we needed to re-focus our time and attention on what we do best. For us, that focus means that DISC and Motivators are moving to the head of the line. We do our best to make these types of decisions based on data, and the data points to these being used the most and being the most impactful.

We're also excited to update you on the progress of our newest DISC product, the DISC Kids product. We are deep into development and are planning for a launch in late March or early April. You're going to be blown away by this report, and that's no exaggeration. This has the potential to have a considerable impact for teachers, parents, and kids. We seriously can't wait to get it into your hands to use!
On the hiring and selection side of things, we've already had our first several HireSense Certified Practitioners complete the training, including the first HireSense certified company, Cross Check Australasia. This is going to be a game-changer for more than just hiring and selection. The benefits extend to onboarding, training, development, and much more. If you are connected to human resources or anywhere else in the world of hiring, please download one of the sample reports and reach out to us to talk about it.

On a personal note, Brandon achieved something that has been on his bucket list for quite some time. He's had a long-time goal for Assessments 24x7 to make regular, significant contributions to charitable organizations. Brandon is really pleased to have implemented the "Assessments 24x7 Gives Back" program. We've been taking suggestions from our team members and contributing to one of the submitted charities each month. This is a great opportunity to support a variety of worthy organizations and learn more about the team and the causes that are close to their hearts. Some of the organizations we've been able to support:

  • Youth hockey league in Spokane (pictures below)
  • Computer programing school in San Diego
  • Scholarship at the University of Notre Dame
  • Children's Hospital in San Diego

We hope Brandon's message finds you all moving toward your goals and if there is anything that we can do to help you get there, don’t hesitate to reach out to him or anyone else on the team.

Assessments 24x7 Gives Back supported Spokane Youth Hockey with a donation this quarter.
