into human behavior and motivation. By combining the power of DISC behavioral styles

DISC + Emotional Intelligence Assessment Certification
The DISC + Emotional Intelligence Certification builds on traditional DISC
approaches by teaching how behavior and Emotional Intelligence come together to
impact interaction and performance. In this live, collaborative program, you will
learn the fundamentals of the Emotional Intelligence (EI) model to identify
emotional insight behind behavioral expression and explore how to interpret the DISC
+ Emotional Intelligence report to apply that insight in real-world situations (i.e.
leadership,
coaching, and team development). With understanding behavior as the foundation, you
will build awareness and develop the skills to manage your emotions and respond to
others with intention and effectiveness.
