Pam has been working with executives and executive teams on team performance issues, consensus building, and improved collaboration and communication for the past 14 years. She also works with companies on selection and retention issues. Executive staffing companies come to her for advice when placing CEO’s, COO’s, CFO’s. She works with existing executive team members to help them find the optimal fit and to increase the effectiveness of their onboarding practices.
Her most recent passion has been to train executive coaches and consultants in her unique approach to understanding people and their performance potential. She has been sought out by people who know of her work and she has assisted consultants like Ruhmann and Associates in their endeavors of working with leading Surgical Teams at Yale University, and other leading physician leadership training programs.

TIGERS Inner Circle Member: 2012 -Present Pam likes to keep current with the latest in team collaboration practices and was selected to be an inner Circle member and administer of TIGERS Among Us. It is a team approach that builds trust interdependence, genuineness, empathy, risk and success in any team.
Area Specialist for University of Phoenix - 2006- 2007 Helped in the design of the Communication Major with applied focus to today’s business world. Integral contributor in the design of the conflict resolution course, training trainers, and the capstone course needed to complete the major.
Pam Brooks started Cornerstone Consulting International over 14 years ago with one goal, to help people discover their inner motivation to achieve. “Empowering people to maximize their talents is a passion in my life, as I love to watch people create positive effective change.” Pam has been helping people develop and maximize their talents since graduating with honors from the University of Washington where she earned a Masters Degree in Organizational and Interpersonal Communication and played Volleyball for four years including a trip to the NCAA’s top 24. She also completed the course work for a second masters in counseling.
She has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of business from small independent retail to large international corporations such as Shaw Power and Baxter. She still has a passion for working with athletes and teams and has worked with over 27 different Division 1 programs including Baylor Men’s Tennis that won the NCAA National Championship the first year she worked with them.
For fun she loves to be active with her family in the outdoors. She especially loves cycling. She tied for second place for all women and finished in the top 150 out of 5,000 in her first century race, El Tour de Tucson in 2005. More recently she has been a participant in the Tough Mudder Courses in Arizona and taking bike tours through Colorado.
